A new system is currently under development to replace QMIS. The Internet Quarters Management System (iQMIS) is scheduled to be released during the Fall of 2012. Click the Future iQMIS tab for more information and to explore the new system.
Registration for QMIS training is now available on line! In FY 2011, training classes will be offered in Denver CO, Phoenix AZ, Portland OR, Chicago IL and Boston MA. Click the Training tab for dates and more information.

Private rental market surveys are being conducted in 2010 for the Idaho/Montana, Colorado/Utah/Wyoming, Alaska, and Plains Regions. New rental rates, based on the private rental market data, will take effect in these regions on March 13, 2011. Tenants living in IM, CU, AK or PL should receive the "2011 Rent Flyer".
