The NBC has a fully functioning Human Resources Office (HRO) specifically designed and staffed to provide the full spectrum of HR services to our customers. By using this service, you will have access to fully capable HR professionals specializing in the full range of HR disciplines. You will benefit greatly from timely and accurate HR guidance and assistance that you need to support your human capital needs and make informed management decisions.

Small agencies cannot always afford a fully staffed servicing HRO, with employees knowledgeable in each HR discipline. Human resources regulations, policies, and practices are constantly evolving due to new legislation, case law, and guidance from the Office of Personnel Management. It is difficult for a limited number of staff members to be sufficiently knowledgeable in each HR discipline to provide the legal and technical advice you need.
