AGA Professional Development Conference and Exposition

The National Business Center (NBC) will be participating as an exhibitor at the 58th Association of Government Accountants (AGA) Annual Professional Development Conference, in New Orleans, LA, June 21–23, 2009. NBC associates from the Financial Management Line of Business (FM LoB) will be staffing Booth 47 in the Exhibit Hall.

The Exhibit Hall is a hub of activity for this traditional event in the Federal sector, offering an environment dedicated to networking and the sharing of ideas. Our associates will be available during the conference to provide information about the NBC and the Financial Management solutions we offer to the Federal sector.

The conference program, Best Practices in Government Accountability, also includes technical educational sessions for government financial managers and accounting professionals. Those sessions are designed to improve their skills and bring greater efficiency and effectiveness to government operations, a key goal of the NBC.

On Tuesday June 23, Barbara Walters, NBC’s Finance and Procurement Systems Division Chief, will speak during Session #T107: Multi-Jurisdictional Procurement: How the Internet Changed Everything!
