NBC Momentum and Oracle Client Executive Forums - Formula for Success!
On January 24 and 25, 2007, the NBC hosted a Financial Management (FM) Client Executive Forum for its current Momentum and Oracle Clients. NBC CFO and Associate Director of the FM Line of Business (LoB), Sandra Weisman, led open discussions for the attending customer executives, and presented future opportunities regarding the NBC's shared service offerings. The results were two very productive days of information sharing with our financial systems customers.
All involved felt it was a great opportunity to discuss NBC's partnerships with CGI and Oracle, and what the future holds. The NBC staff received a number of ideas for consideration as well as action items on which to respond. Follow-up with the customers on the issues discussed is expected to be provided within the next month. Based upon the positive feedback from the meetings, the FM LOB is planning to hold these executive forum meetings on a more regular basis.
