From planning your new procurement system and analyzing your current business processes to training and supporting your staff, the NBC can help you achieve your electronic acquisition goals. To help make IDEAS the best acquisition package, your agency will become a member of our Federal users group; you make the decisions on any desired changes and improvements.

Support Features

• Planning & Oversight - Help you plan the most effective package for your organization's specific needs.
• System Architecture Review - We evaluate your current technical architecture and recommend and identify changes that may be required to support the new procurement system.
• Business Practice Review - We analyze your current business processes and highlight any workflow practices that may conflict with the new system; we identify any necessary process changes.
• Software Installation and Technical Support - Offer complete installation and technical support.
• Training - Offer System Administration training, user training for acquisition personnel, requisitioners, and approving officials, training materials, and post training support.
• Support - Provide a full time Help Desk, including functional and technical support User group membership included with support agreement. Database management support is also available.
