Contracting services provided by NBC will fully comply with applicable rules of the agency providing the funding. The rules follow the money. Our goal is to "get it right" every time! Contracting services utilizing Federal Supply Schedules provided for DoD customers will ensure compliance with Section 803 of the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2002, Sections 802 and 854 of the Defense Authorization Act of FY 2005, and all other applicable rules.
